NAD-1101 is an unsaturated polyester resin derived from Orthophthalic acid and standard glycols dissolved in Styrene. NAD-1101 is of low viscosity and high reactivity with remarkable mechanical strength and heat resistance properties. Major applications: NAD-1101 is especially recommended for use in Polymer Concrete Pipe, GRP Pipe, Fitting, Tank productions as well as floatation and marine elements like boats by different fabrication processes such as Hand lay-up, Spray-up, casting, vacuum infusion, filament winding and centrifugal winding in both continuous and discontinuous systems. NAD-1104 is of low viscosity to accept the maximum level of filler, with remarkable toughening and elongation properties. Major benefits and applications: NAD-1104 has been developed specially for Polymer Concrete Casting applications. The resin is suitable for both mechanical and hand mixing process.
